This Shipping Policy describes how Elementhica handles order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and tracking. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands).
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to most countries within the European Union. For international destinations outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
- Domestic shipping (Netherlands): 1–2 business days.
- European Union: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
- International shipping: Varies by country and courier; import duties or taxes may apply.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected courier. You will always see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
- Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping (displayed at checkout).
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (if available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been dispatched.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through the courier’s official website.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, customs clearance, and external factors. Elementhica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at elementhica@gmail.com and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
- In the event of visible damage upon delivery, please take photos of the packaging and product before opening and contact us immediately.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received. In such cases, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If your order is returned to us because of a failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping fees.
