Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, herbal products or any consumable goods cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at elementhica@gmail.com with details and photos (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used herbal products, teas, or natural blends.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly).

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
